Substitution Policy: We can usually accommodate exactly what you are looking for, but sometimes we have to substitute flowers and/or containers depending on availability, which makes us sad! :( We will do our best to match the color, style, variety, theme, and awesomeness of the arrangement that we have pictured, making sure to fill your order to value, but sometimes we have to make substitutions to create your bouquet. Thank you for understanding and trusting our judgment! :)

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least four days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day

Can you make same day deliveries?
Same day delivery is available Monday through Friday.  

Do you have a cut off time for same day deliveries?
Our cut off is 1pm but if you call the shop at 608.850.9303, we can probably still rock it out! ;)

Can you deliver at a specific time?
We will try to accommodate your time-specific delivery as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee it.  Please call to place your order as soon as possible so we can get the job done to the best of our ability.
